Research article Sample Plots and the Angle-count Method
A continuous inventory for determining timber volume is carried out in N.Z. Forest Products Ltd. forests using the angle-count method. This method and its field application are described. This is compared with methods using rectangular and circular sample plots and it is concluded that the angle-count method has advantages for this work (no keywords)
